To strictly control quality, we have a clear and definite quality system. It is controlled by QC department with 6 directors responsible for each workshop. Our quality control covers all procedures and every workshop has its own QC personnel. In automatic machine workshops, quality inspection personnel check and test products every 10 minutes. After the parts production is finished, they will be gone through out check and test before transferred and in check and test before into half-finished products warehouses. Check and test will also be conducted after parts delivered into assembly workshop before automatic-assembling or hand-assembling. QC personnel will check and test during assembling. After the products are totally done, it also takes workshop-out check and test and warehouse-in check and test. Also we have a standard laboratory and professional laboratories to do quality test for common and special products. Quality complaint percentage of all products is below 2%.
